Buenos Aires and USA
In 1920s Buenos Aires, a city shaped by European immigration, a family of rats peacefully roams Plaza de Mayo, sustained by a kind-hearted baker who shares his empanadas with them. The governor, repulsed by the rodents, travels to Paris and discovers skilled hunting pigeons. Upon returning, despite witnessing the harmony between people and the rats, he releases the French pigeons in the plaza. With these new predators patrolling their home, the rats are faced to question if there's a place for them in the plaza anymore.
