‘Twas brillig, and the slithy toves / Did gyre and gimble in the wabe: / All mimsy were the borogoves / And the mome raths outgrabe." So, begins the nonsense poem, ‘Jabberwocky," which Lewis Carroll"s Alice comes across in ‘Through the Looking-Glass." Ykcowrebbaj reimagines this story-within-a-story where a boy is sent deep into a mystical forest to slay an unearthly and fearsome creature. Mesmerizing visuals and sound design are seamlessly woven together to create a dream world in which the audience is invited to follow the little green bird through the looking-glass and into the depths of the human psyche.
