A septuagenarian and his 10-year-old grandson are isolated in a small village in Gaspesia. The grandfather's Alzheimer progresses as he still feels deeply the memories of his lost wife. She stays in his mind while the rest crumbles. His grandson tries his best to be a safe haven for his grandfather as the film of his memory slowly burns.
